Having chosen the appropriate class for your vehicle, complete the entry form here and submit it. In the case of clubs entering multiple vehicles please submit the form and email a list of all vehicle make, model, year and reg. numbers to email@example.com.
Payment options will be sent to you once you have submitted the entry form. This is a manual process so may take a day or two.
Once you have paid you will be invited to submit your photos and text. We can only accept these electronically. Further details are on the ‘Entry Form’ page.
Photos will appear on the website at a maximum resolution on 1280×960 pixels irrespective of the size of image sent once payment has been received. Select your images to give the most complete impression of your vehicle. Any images additional to the allowed number will not be considered.
Entries are open worldwide and will close at midnight on 31st July.
We reserve the right to reject entries if they do not conform to the requirements of the class into which they are entered. By submitting your images you are giving DMofT permission to use them on this website and for any other non-commercial purpose. Please do not send images for which you are not the copyright holder.
Entry costs £3 per vehicle for individual entries. For clubs entering five or more vehicles the charge drops to £2 per vehicle. Entry fees are used to pay the costs of creating and maintaining this website, class prizes and trophies.
We offer payment via various methods. Bank transfer is most efficient for us, but you can also use PayPal, either using your PayPal account or with a credit card. Cheques can be sent to our address at Market Mews or cash in an envelope can be posted through our letterbox. In all cases please use your name and the vehicle registration number as a reference. All entry fees are non refundable.
All classes will be independently evaluated by our judges on 9th August and the results posted on this website. Winners will be informed via email so please ensure that we have your correct email address. In the case of trophies awarded, these are held for one year and then must be returned.
